How I can help
I provide individualized, family-centred support for individuals with developmental disabilities — primarily adults with autism — and the people who care for them. My approach is grounded in family-systems thinking: lasting outcomes for one family member depend on the well-being of the whole family.
Individualized skill building
Support for daily living skills, communication, social participation, and independence — tailored to the individual’s strengths, goals, and family context.
Behavioural support
Strengths-based, non-punitive approaches to understanding and responding to challenging behaviours, grounded in family-systems theory and collaborative planning with caregivers.
Care coordination
Help navigating developmental-disability services, funding, community resources, and system transitions — with advocacy for individuals and families facing complex needs.
Family support & caregiver consultation
Practical guidance and emotional support for caregivers, recognizing that sustainable outcomes for the individual depend on the well-being of the whole family.
